Delivery Charges
Enjoy free delivery on single orders with a purchase amount of HK$450 or above (excluding delivery charges).
Orders below HK$450 will be subject to a delivery fee of HK$30 (Door to door) or HK$20 (SF store \ SF Locker) .
The Company reserves the right to adjust delivery charges and free shipping thresholds without prior notice.
Delivery Method
Orders are currently delivered via:
- SF Express
or other logistics service providers designated by the Company (if applicable)
Delivery Areas & Time
Delivery Areas
Delivery service generally covers:
- Hong Kong Island
- Kowloon
- New Territories
Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Actual delivery time is subject to the courier’s schedule and records
Remote Areas & Outlying Islands
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas or outlying islands.
Such charges shall be borne by the customer and paid directly to the courier.
Remote areas include but are not limited to:
- Traffic-restricted zones
- Areas inaccessible to delivery vehicles
Outlying islands include but are not limited to:
- Lantau Island (excluding Tung Chung)
- Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong International Airport, Asia World-Expo
- Disneyland, Ngong Ping, Tai O, Mui Wo
- Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau
- Penny’s Bay, Hei Ling Chau, Po Toi Island, Kwun Yam Village
Final determination of remote or outlying areas shall be subject to the courier’s classification.
Order Dispatch
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
(excluding the order date, Sundays, and public holidays) - Delivery or dispatch may be delayed during festive seasons, peak periods, or due to force majeure events
